How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) and Overnight delivery are also available at checkout for an additional charge.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?

Absolutely. All our products are independently tested and certified to EN71 (European toy safety), ASTM (US toy safety), and OEKO-TEX standards. We never use BPA, PVC, phthalates, or heavy metals.

What does GOTS-certified mean?

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard — it's the world's leading standard for organic fibres. It certifies that the cotton was grown without harmful pesticides and processed without toxic chemicals, all the way from farm to finished product.

Are the dyes and paints safe?

Yes. We use only OEKO-TEX certified dyes for textiles and AP non-toxic, water-based paints for wooden products. All finishes are food-safe where relevant (e.g., teethers, play food).

What wood do you use?

We use FSC-certified beech wood, rubberwood, and birch plywood — all sourced from sustainably managed forests. Finishes are natural linseed oil or food-safe beeswax.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Clothing can be returned within 15 days if unworn and unwashed.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at returns@sunkudu.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup for eligible returns and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at hello@sunkudu.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Can I exchange a product for a different size?

Yes, for clothing items we offer free size exchanges within 15 days. Just email us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll sort it out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000.

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes! Enter your promo code in the cart before checkout. Codes are case-sensitive and can only be used once per account unless stated otherwise.

When will I be charged?

For card and UPI payments, you're charged immediately at checkout. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Select "Gift Wrap" at checkout for ₹49. We'll wrap your order in our signature kraft paper with a raffia bow and include a handwritten gift card with your message.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. You can also choose to hide the invoice — tick "This is a gift" at checkout and we won't include pricing in the package.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards are available in denominations of ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, and ₹5,000. They're delivered instantly by email and never expire.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

In-stock products can be added to cart immediately. If a product is out of stock, you'll see an "Out of Stock" label and an option to be notified when it's back.

Many of our products are designed with sensory-friendly features — smooth finishes, soft fabrics, and gentle textures. Look for the "Sensory-friendly" tag on product pages. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us.

Most products are restocked regularly. Click "Notify me" on any out-of-stock product page and we'll email you as soon as it's available again.

Age recommendations are based on developmental stages and safety testing (e.g., small parts). Always use your judgement as a parent — if a child is developmentally ready and supervised, many products can be enjoyed outside the stated range.
