Sunkudu is an online store offering eco-friendly, high-quality products for children, including toys, clothing, and educational materials. We are based in Karaparamba, Manjeri, Kerala, India. Sunkudu is a venture of Troycode Cyber Security.

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance due to photography and screen settings.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
• We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled and will issue a full refund if payment has been collected.

• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (through Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• COD orders are subject to availability in your delivery area.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +91 62381 63396 with your order ID.

• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.
• For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of Sunkudu or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunkudu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
